They were terrible. They were awful. They still have not come back to fix everything. I won?t recommend them to anyone. They don?t respond to your calls. They were supposed to replace a couple of doors, and they never came back. They installed counters and put these clamps on them and glued them down. I did not know how long to leave them there. I finally took them off myself. They just don?t do anything. The bottoms of the custom cabinets are like cardboards. Iam just completely disappointed for all the money I spent for them. Their showroom is beautiful. I don?t know if the salesman I spoke to quit or if he was fired as I did not have anybody to call. I kept getting passed around. They were a nightmare. There was no service at all from them. The quality of the cabinets is very bad. I could have gone anywhere for those cabinets. I would never use them. It is a shame. I kept calling them and they said they will get back to me but they never did. In the beginning they came a couple of times and replaced few doors. When they did the work and left I found that the colors of the doors were not the same. I was so upset that I called them and asked them to get the old doors back as I found them to be better. They told me that they were looking for the right color and they have never called back. I just get more and more upset as I call them.

Outstanding job, on time and great job. Quality and attention to detail was first rate, neat and clean. Good communication, stated what and when and then did it. No hidden up charges

They stated the work was within acceptable limits and they would not correct it.
