ADVANCED ROOF TECHNOLOGY INC

Mr. Steve Scott, The owner himself, came out to give me an estimate, he showed up on time and was friendly and polite. We talked about my prior roof leak and he was informative as to what I needed to do when I replaced my roof to qualify for a discount from my insurance company. He was the only roofer I had talked to seemed to have knowlege about the wind mitigation discount process. I talked to my husband and we decided to use his company. I called him up and he came back out and brought me shingle samples. I signed some paperwork and his office took care of the permitting. His workers showed up as scheduled along with Mr. Scott himself who climbed up into my attic to do some work. The whole process only took 2 days. The workers were courteous and it was all over before I knew it. They cleaned up the yard when they were all finished and ran a metal detector rake over my lawn to pick up any stray nails that might have gotten away from them. There were no hidden fees or any surprises. After the new roof was completed I contacted my insurance company and submittedfor teh wind mitigation. I received a refund of $900 for the remainder of the year and my insurance has now gone from $2600 to $960. The new roof will pay for itself in just a few years.

They were pretty professional and nice. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

They showed up on time and were fast. In a day and a half, the tile roof was removed and ready for shingles. One work day later we had a new roof. The work crew kept us informed and asked questions about our solar panels when they realized we had a solar hot water heater. They made it much easier for the solar company to re-install them. A clean up was performed at the end of each work day. Overall, we were highly impressed and would recommend this company to anyone.

We had really good service and no problems at all. They were professional and they got it done on time even with the rain. We had one small problem but they came right in and fixed it. If it rained for an hour they would sit and wait and they did exactly what we hired them to do. Usually when someone does a job for you, you can't get them to come back if there is a problem, but they were right on top of it. We were very happy with them.

Our initial contact with Advanced Roof Technologies was to bid on installing a roof as part of the new construction of a detached garage. Mr. Scott was extremely helpful on how the new roof fit into the over all project. During our discussion my wife and decided to include the replacement of the roof on our existing home into the bid. Again Steve was extremely help and worked with my wife to pick out the roof shingles and was able to find what she wanted at a discount price. Throughout the process Advanced Roof Technologies worked with me and my other contractors to ensure our time line was meet. We feel that our new roof is of the utmost quality and was done with extreme professionalism.

They were very professional, very imformative. Excellent work. Very detailed. They actually explained what was being done. They looked through and informed the consumer on how to prevent any further damage.

We didn't dislike anything but it was a pretty short interaction because we had the hail. I think what we liked was we thought that the person was pretty honest with us about what he could do to fix it because somebody else had told us that we needed a whole new roof. He said that he could fix it for what seemed like a reasonable amount because we had some insurance money that has been paid to us. It didn't match the insurance money but it was closer than the previous couple of people we'd had who wanted to replace the whole roof.

They came out on Friday 7-1 morning to give me an estimate. He said he would send an email with the estimate that day and do the repair the next Thursday 7-7. I never got the email. Monday was a holiday so I called Tuesday 7-5 and said I hadn't gotten the email with an estimate. The lady who answered the phone spoke to him and said he would send the email that afternoon. By the next afternoon 7-6 I still hadn't gotten an email or heard anything so I called again. I told her that I still hadn't gotten the estimate email and that he was supposed to come the next day 7-7 to do the work but I had no idea what time and that I wanted to talk to him about getting a paint sample. She said she would have him call me when he got back to the office. I never heard from them and he never showed up to do the work. It has been a week and I have not had even a phone call.

They were on time and left the yard in good shape.

The work was excellent. The crews were efficient, hard working and friendly. I spent a lot of time on the roof to observe the work. I found them to do very good work and to clean up each night. In the end i found very few issues to be resolved and was happy with the resulting work product. I feel that I have a high quality roof that will last a long time and be very resistant to any storm that we have in the future. I have used Larry Wright on a previous job and found him to be fair and reasonable in cost and very knowledgable about building codes and construction methods. He does do high quality work and is very conscientious.

Excellent. Very pleased. Steve at ART is very knowlegeable, listens well, is detail oriented, and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions properly and suggested things that are benefitial. Steve doesn't use a standard printed contract form, instead offers an MS Word based customizable contract that allows people to revise, change, or add items important to the buyer. This provides greater flexibility and allows the buyer to get exactly what he desires even if it isn't a common item. The roofing crew led by Tony is also top notch. These guys went out of there way to leave the home area spotless and clean everyday as if they where never there. The guys where friendly, professional, talented, and very skilled for their trade. It was also re-assuring to know that the core crew has been with ART for many years and not just contracted labor. I believe this helps provide better quality to the buyer and consistency from a company execution perspective. The schedule went as described without a hitch. I never had any contact issues or communication problems at all. In fact, they knocked the whole project out 2 days earlier than anticipated. All the Soffit and fascia repairs where done better than expectation and they made sure every last area of concern was completed, even if they had to work a little later on that particular day. Overall, I couldn't have dreamed of finding a better contractor and final outcome. The pricing was competetive and included a longer contractor leak warranty than others and 50 year warranty from the manufacturer. All decking pricing was handled the way it should be without all the mystery. You would be hard pressed to find a better contracting experience.

They were on time everyday and they cleaned up well each day. They were done when they said they were going to be. The installers and employees were all courteous and I could go right to them with no problems if I had issues. Everything was put into writing in the contract before the work started and there were no surprises. I was satisfied with them and would refer them to a friend. It is a good company.

I liked their price. I had gotten other estimates and their price was lower. The owner, Steve, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. They did a lot of stuff through email, which I really liked. They did a very good job and the roof looks beautiful. They cleaned up the debris very nicely and they were polite. They were very nice to my daughter and me.

Overall the finish was very good with very polite service guys.

The person who came out was pleasant. They were very businesslike, were very thorough in their inspection of the property. I do not have anything negative to say about them. They are more used to doing mobile homes. They were very efficient and called before they came to touch base. They took pictures and told me what needed to be done. I would use them again to get an estimate. They did what they were supposed to do; they came out on a timely fashion, inspected the property and said they will get back with their estimate. They were very professional and efficient. They had prior experience with the problem I am having and gave me a great explanation on what was wrong and what needed to be done.

Had to call them twice at first but they completed the work promptly and did an EXCELLENT job. I was pleased at the first estimate when we thought we might need an entire roof and they said we didn't. VERY HONEST. They even moved some of the older shingles to areas that were more visible and put the new shingles that wouldn't have matched so well in color in an area that was less visible. The workers were professional and left the job extremely clean. I give them and A+ and this would be the first company I would call if we needed more roofing work.

Tony came out on a saturday morning to quote and was back in about an hour to do the job. Tony completely removed all shingles around skylight and removed the skylight itself. Water intrusion was immediately evident, and wood appeared to be in good condition. Used shingles that were VERY simliar in color on a 6 year old roof, and even gave me some extras. Watched him do a very thorough and complete repair of the entire skylight area. Very pleased, and no more leaks seen.

They were WONDERFUL. They were professional, quick, got all the necessary permits and showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up after the job and were polite and courteous. They gave me a correct estimate. Some of the other companies that I got estimates from wouldn't commit to a price until they could see what they were dealing with based on what they found after the shingles came off. With this company, there were no unexpected expenses.

Showed up early and got the work done in one day. Great job.

Estimator came out to quote a job regarding a roof truss. He was honest in telling me that the work was not necessary as the truss was ok.

Got a quote, compared it with 2 other companies, selected Advanced Roofing, received a firm start date as well as a finish date. Advanced started on the date they said they would. Advised me of when the inspections were to take place. After the inspection, they came out and finished the roof. A couple of squares on my pool screen were damaged and Advanced Roofing sent their screen contractor out and they replaced the damaged screening. The owner came by and made sure we were satisified with his job, we were, I paid him in full.

Estimate visit went well, but he never came back to do the work.

Advanced Roofing was able come out the very next week and make the repairs quickly and efficiently. So far, we have had several hard rains and no further signs of leakage. Because the repairs were not as complicated as originally thought, the owner of Advanced Roffing reduced the bill without prompting from me. Hurricane season is right around the corner and I am soooooo.... pleased that my roof will not be leaking when the storms come.

The work was very efficiently done using skilled workers that took few breaks.

Steve the owner called and came by, providing an estimate for the removal and replacement of 2 vents. The roof is approximately 6 years old and we had no matching shingles. The work was completed when scheduled and the repaired areas match the existing roof.
