Steve Klassen (the owner of this family run business) showed up with his assistant exactly on time. He previously told me it would take approximately 7.5 hours to complete the job (entire HVAC installation and removal of old system) and that's pretty much exactly what it took. These guys were extremely professional with a "get the job done right" attitude. They even had to remove and replace a fence to complete the job properly. The finished unit was installed neatly with all of the copper tubing and wiring neatly routed. Previous to me selecting Steve's company, I called him up on the Friday before July 4th holiday. Unfortunately, once again, my system broke down. Steve came right over and got my system up and running which allowed me to enjoy the holiday with cool air. His sales pitch for a new system was not a "here's my 15 page brochure full of neat pictures" that takes two painful hours to complete (which I did plenty of with other companies). It was quick and simple via email without any sales pressure. I have had the chance to work with MANY A/C contractors over the years trying to keep my A/C unit working. As an engineer, I believe I have the credentials to critique the cost, quality, and system reliability (I am a big proponent of Consumer Reports) of these companies. In my technical opinion, Steve provided the best combination of cost, quality, reliability, and customer service In some cases, I was actually quoted close to 2.5X what I paid for an equivalent system that I purchased from Steve. I would highly recommend Steve, and my advice to anyone reading this critique is to make sure you pay for an experienced knowledgeable contractor who provides quality products and installations. Do not pay for shiny brochures coupled with a lengthy sales pitch. Brochures will not keep your house cool in the summer time.
Description of Work: Advanced Air Conditioning Services of Brevard, Inc. (Steve Klassen) replaced my entire heating and A/C system (inside/outside and plumbing under the house) which included the line set and thermostat.

This a family owned business with twenty two years of experience. We had a heat wave this summer and so many air conditioners were out. Because we bought our unit from him he came and stayed late and we had air that night so he's very reliable.
Description of Work: He comes every year for a check up and if there is anything wrong with it he fixes it.
