We had two year agreement so I didn't spend anything for the service. They were very good. They were on time and I would recommend them.

They come out when they are suppose to and they do good work.

They are very thorough with the cleaning of the system. They did a great job with the thermostat.

Our experience with Able Air employees has been outstanding. Mr James Provoncha provided us with a detailed offer of what his company could provide to replace our ten year old central air conditioning system. He gave good/better/best information on the Carrier units he judged to be suitable for our needs. He was very knowledgeable, organized and polite. When we decided on a unit, he scheduled our install, advised us who would be doing the work and what time they would show up. He provided a written list of all equipment and services to be provided and what the total cost would be. This morning the installers we expected showed up on time and prepared to work. Their names were Jason and Trevor and they went about their work efficiently and quietly. They fulfilled all of the terms of the agreement, cleaned up after themselves and accomplished their tasks in a reasonable amount of time. They were both appropriately dressed and extremely polite. We are extremely happy with the service and the personnel involved in this project.

They fixed the air conditioner the first time they were here. They did a very good job of how they presented themselves. They came, diagnosed immediately and did whatever they had to do. They seemed to know what they were doing rather than fooling around.

It was not cheap, but I don't want to sit around sweltering. On emergency calls, I think they are very pricey. They were very knowledgable and very effieicent. They came out quickly. They were pricey, but everything else was first class.

I definitely like them. I called them because I had just gotten a new air conditioner and I wasn't sure about something. They told me when the repairman would be here and he called me within a half an hour. There was nothing wrong; it was my stupidity. But he was very kind and he showed me what I did wrong. Every time I use them they're out here within the time they say. They're just a good company. If they say they're going to be here in an hour, they're here in an hour. Their quality is definitely an A as is their professionalism. I will always use them.

We have used them for years. They do excellent work. They are very professional.

Able was very careful not to damage the house, and performed the installation without incident. They hauled away the old system as well.

They are great and we have never had a problem with them. They are always here on time.

The A/C air handler fan was not running. I suggested the starting capacitor, the tried a new one and it started and ran. The job took about 15 minutes. They charged $100 labor, which I considered reasonable. They also charged $100 for the capacitor which I considered totally unreasonable, since these can be purchased for less than $20 retail.

The work went very well. They are very professional, they come when they say the will, they do what they say they will and I thought they did a very good job. The estimate was exactly what we paid. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. We also had them replace our other unit on the other side of the house.

Horrible. All a/c seemed to be fine. Then, 2 years after install my coolant lines started leaking. They said since they were underground they had to run all new lines at a cost of $2,000 +- to me. They would not warrant their defective work or materials they installed. We had them run the new lines through the attic so they would not have to be completely replaced if we ever had a problem again in the future. We also told them shortly after install that air handler collected moisture very badly the way they built and installed it. It's now 4 years later and my family and I are completely sick and have never really been able to get rid of mold issues since they began. We have had a mold problem even after servicing a/c and changing filters regularly. They seem to care less and aren't willing to find what the root of the problem is or explore a new way of designing the air handler. I'm done with this company for good.

Every thing went well and the unit works fine and is cooling well. Naturally, I would have liked the cost to be a little less, but I guess you have to pay to get the best.

They were great. They came out and did all the work in a day. They did a good job. The job cost me $10000. I will use them in the future, if required.

They were professional, responsive and came when they said they would come. The quality of their work was good.

Main A/C quit working after dinner. Called Able Air because they installed the system and left a message on their answering machine. I didn't expect a call back until the next day. To my pleasant surprise, I received a call from them asking about the problem and when would I like the technician to come out to diagnose the problem. The next day the tech called to let me know he was on the way. He showed up right on time and after about 15 mins, diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. He didn't have the exact capacitor in his truck, but was able to make two different ones work. He was very professional and had to put up with getting soaked by a couple of rain showers. He took it all in stride and had me up and running in about 2 hours. All in all, not nearly as bad as it could have been and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They were very reasonable. Great service. The prices were little high.

Overall, it went quite well. We did not get other quotes on the price, but they seemed reasonably priced.

I was pleased with the work. They were efficient. I would use them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.
