Man backed into my 7 year old daughters garden with the dumpster..even hot our house.. When I went out to confront him and ask him to move the dumpster out of our plants he was extremely unkind and started arguing with my 7 year old daughter causing her to cry. He then told us ," he hopes our roof leaks and leaks" and cursed at us. Our flowers were flattened and the men then left. I have never been so angry that a grown man would argue with a 7 year old. I do not recommend. Unprofessional. Rude and Vulgar employees.

Willie Thorpe (A One Roof Systems) did an outstanding job repairing our flat roof leaks under our floating deck. He was quick to respond to phone calls, often connecting without the need to leave voicemail. He provided an accurate estimate and described the work before starting. He and his team were professional, had strong attention to detail, and ensured that the new roof was integrated with all parts of the existing structure. Willie corrected the leak intrusion points, replaced all rotted wood in the under ceiling area, inserted water diverters on both sides of the adjacent wall structures by the roof, flashed the underlayers and torch down layers across the seams and up the wall structures the stuccoed the walls down over the flashing to ensure a good seal. He reinstalled the roof layers over the entire space rather than patching in only where the damage was. He installed a seam along the end of the roof to ensure water drainage off the roof and into the gutter. His stucco team restuccoed both side walls and originally installed a flat wall top. When I asked that a curved grade be applied to prevent water pooling, he asked the team to return and provide the grading. It was completed the next day. He invoiced us after the job was completed and did not require any upfront payments. All payments were made after satisfactory completion of work. We would recommend Willie and his team for other jobs.

Great, could not have asked for more. Extremely pleasant and professional crew. I recommend them to everybody.

After a hurricane took some asphalt shingles from our roof, Willie and his crew came and removed the torn/missing shingles, replaced them after insuring there were no leaks through the underlayment, and fixed the roof.

I can live with it as the cost would near double for a whole roof tear off versus a repair patch. OVERALL I had three contractors come out for fixing the leaking roof and Willie Thorpe (A One Roof System Owner) was the only one that took the time to closely inspect the roof from inside the rafters and the outside roof surface. (Spent at least 30 minutes crawling in the attic to better understand how to bid the job. The extra effort and his sharing of the details made him the right man for the work. Would use him again
