+ -1 moreFound another shop that will work on mower. You'd think that buying from a local dealer would result in better customer service, not so at A1. Might as well buy a mower from Walmart if you are just a residential customer..
Description of Work: Purchased Snapper Ninja mower several years ago from this dealer. Has provided great service but now it is time for servicing. Contacted shop to arrange for a tune up. Was told to drop it off and they would get to when they could. Was told that commercial customers have priority. Funny, they didn't say that the day they sold the mower, they advertise to residential customers.

Description of Work: Outstanding customer support! Purchase a Stihl Chainsaw the other day, Expected to just walk in purchasing and walk out but was given a full rundown of the operation of the chainsaw. They fully checked it out (although it was new) and filled it with fuel.
