Description of Work: Initial service got rid of pest and additional follow-ups were completed to assure pest were under control. The service was great and the only complaint is the lack of scheduling for follow-up service.

+ -1 moreI had recently moved into a new house and the previous tenants left a bit of a mess, so there was an insect problem. I contacted Live Oak Pest Control and they worked around my schedule to have a technician come over. He checked the property and asked many questions to determine exactly what kinds of bugs I was seeing in addition to the ones that he could spot. He mixed up a solution to take care of the problem and also one that would not harm my pet birds. I have now had two months service and the pest problem has been taken care of. The tech, Chad, is very professional and the office staff are also, when scheduling the next service and calling with reminders.
