+ 5 moreKitchen and bath did a marvelous remodel job on our two baths and our kitchen. The most amazing aspect was that they did it all while we were gone on a short vacation! We picked everything out before we left, and when we returned, everything was complete and finished to perfection, down to the correct pattern of the tile installation which I had only described to them before we left. Later, at their suggestion, we had them return to take down two walls to open up the dining area. That has made a world of difference. They basically turned an old house into a new house.
Description of Work: Tear out and replace two baths and kitchen.

+ 1 moreWe ordered a counter top and it came in flawed and was installed this way. They attempted 3 times to fix the issue with no resolve. I called several times for the manager of this store to reach out to me and was told twice he was in meetings and the lady said she sent him an email each time. After 6 months, we still haven't heard from the store - nothing! I am appalled they do business this way and treat their customers like this.

+ -1 moreIt was almost perfect. There was a slight problem with the tub spout leaking, which was not the fault of Kitchen and Bath. They came back out when the problem was discovered and was able to order a new spout and install that without any more issues.
Description of Work: The tub in our condo on the beach was cracking in the bottom and could not be repaired with typical fiberglass patching. Kitchen and bath came out and removed the old "plastic" tub. It wasn't even fiberglass and then installed a beautiful cultured marble tub where the old tub was and did not have to tear out any of my travertine stone walls and floor. Then they were able to put the cultured marble trim pieces around the tub and matched it up with the travertine. They did this in only a few days and were out with little to no cleanup required by me. I was totally blown away how well it went. I just wish I had hired them a few years earlier instead of spending $750 to two different contractors who said that they could patch my old tub...NOT!! I would hire Kitchen and Bath again.

+ -1 moreI was fairly satisfied with them. They had some delays. It took them a couple days longer than they said. Things happen. They did do good work. It wasn't a complete remodel. They tore our garden tub out and put in a shower. They redid the sinks and plumbing fixtures. One of the delays is that they ordered the wrong sinks. So that threw us a snag. The quality of service was very good! I'd give them a B++. They were extremely polite and cleaned up after themselves.

+ 2 moreI cannot say enough good things about this company. They have the largest selection of granite from what I have seen and I looked from Panama City to Gulf Breeze. The sales person I dealt with gave me great advice from all of his experience in the business. The quality of the work was excellent both times I dealt with them. I was suprised and thrilled at the low cost. I receive many compliments on my countertops from everyone who has entered my home. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We did over a small bathroom attached to our bedroom. The showroom staff and their products were excellent, as were those installers who work directly for them. The problem was their contractor! We were told it was a 10 day job and it took 4 weeks. A constant problem was finding out when the contractor was going to show up and when they did it was for an hour or two a day. Every day I would call the salesman he would apologize and try and track down the contractor. They overbooked their work and were running from job to job, this also lowered the quality of the workmanship -- sink counter top and a vanity drawer had to be replace because the chipped it dropping tools, light fixture had to be raised because they didn't get the measurements of the over sink mirror, medicine cabinet had to be reset because they installed it to high, they had to be reminded to chalk seams between the wall and the floor. The end result is a beautiful bathroom but it shouldn't have been that painful of an experience.

+ 0 moreI was not too impressed with this company. The sales people were OK. However, I had some issues with the work performed. The contractors wanted to come in at a time that was more convenietn to them than to myself. Once they were in, I caught them trying to cut corners: Underneath the countertops, bits of wood are supposed to be installed (builder). At some point in the process, the topic of these bits of wood were brought up. I was asked if I needed them installed. My answer was a resounding "YES"!! After this verbal confirmation, when I inspected the completed work, I found that they had not installed the builders. When I pointed this out, the response I received was to the effect of " sure, if you want, we can do that" ! Not only are these builders an integral part of the installation, I had specifically asked for them. Unacceptable. I would not work with this company again.

+ 2 moreTear out of old countertops/vanities and installation of new was done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. One vanity mirror was damaged, which the crew had told me might happen because of the odd configuration of our vanities, but the crew had it replaced the same day with no extra cost. All the plumbing hookups were done the same day, too, and this was included in the original quote. The overall price was reasonable, and the service (from the original estimate to the installation) was excellent. I will use this company again.

+ -1 moreWe weren't terribly happy with them. We looked at different companies and they had the best options and the most variety. The work that they did was great, the work that the subcontractors was great. I wasn't a fan of dealing with Kitchen & Bath in general. They weren't on time. The project took twice as long as they had stated. The contractors they used were great but I didn't like the office people and the main guy that directed everyone.

+ 0 moreAt first, the company representatives we dealt with were professional and enthusiastic. A home visit was scheduled for measurements and someone came out and spent about 90 minutes taking various measurements and asking questions about the work. He told us that he would take the information back to the office and prepare drawings. Once they were done, he would contact us. After a month we telephoned their office. Our “representative” was on vacation and would contact us when he returned. After two more weeks we went to the office to ask about our project. We were told our representative was actively working the job and would call us soon. After a few more weeks, we gave up on this company. The bottom line: This company “talks a good game” but was obviously not interested in doing our remodel. We found it odd that in the current economy a remodeling company would totally blow off a job that would have generated thousands of dollars of revenue.. This company is definitely NOT recommended.
Description of Work: We had been searching for a company to extensively remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. We thought we had found a company to handle the total project (new countertop and cabinets, new tile, new bathroom vanity/tub, etc). We told them that the kitchen would require an electrician to add some circuits and some routine plumbing (disconnect/reconnect water and sink). The company said that someone would come to our house to assess the project.
