After comparing reviews I went with A to Z Lock and Safe and they scheduled Chris to come out around 1700 on Saturday as I requested. Chris called at 1630 and confirmed arrival and was on time. He listened to my request and examined the doors and within 15 minutes had both entry doors and a spare deadbolt rekeyed per my request, including five copies of keys. He was very knowledgeable about my custom doors and answered additional questions I had for potential future upgrades for home automation integration and security systems. All in all very friendly, professional, and timely work. I highly recommend A to Z Lock and Safe and will use them again as needed.

I had inadvertently removed one of the decorative coverings from one of the locks; I called the company back, and John promptly returned and put it on at no extra charge. I highly recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: On October 9, 2011, my husband and I were returning to our Motor Home and after going inside, we couldn't open the door. For some reason the front door was shut tight and would not open and many trys. We called the manufacture of the Motor Home and was told that we need to ahead and call a Locksmith as the Motor Home was under warranty. My husband is a disabled Veteran with a Service Dog and the only way out of the Motor Home was through a window. We called this company and the guy that answered the phone told us that he was on his way to do another job elsewhere but would see if the Supervisor could stop by and help us as he was on his way home. He called us right back and said that his Supervisor was on his way to us now. When he got here, he was very professional and had the Motor Home door open within 30 minutes and without damage to the door. We thought the price was fair as well since it was a Sunday night. The gentleman was knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable and professional. We called there office the next morning and they even faxed the invoice to our Motor Home Manufacturer for us to get reimbursed uder the warranty. EXCELLENT!!
