pest control
 + -1 moreI have been very happy with them. I used to them last year when we had an issue and have used them to do an inspection on another house that I had a couple of years ago too. They do a onetime treatment and do any kind of follow ups at flat rate. I don't have any ants anymore. Their prices were good and they didn't give up.
Description of Work: I use Brock Lawn & Pest Control Inc for their pest control services.

pest control, lawn treatment
 + 0 moreWe pay $118 for the pest control and $90 for the yard. If we have any problem they always come back. The guys that come out are very professional. Their prices are reasonable.
Description of Work: We use Brock Lawn & Pest Control every 3 months for pest control and lawn treatments.

lawn treatment
 + -1 moreUsed them for 2 years to give them a fair chance. Application dates were erratic. Invasive grasses are moving in, and they tell me that's too bad, but they don't deal with that. Non-responsive to email, you have to write a letter. Can't seem to get their billing right. Cancelled my "service". I'll go back to doing it myself.
Description of Work: Lawn Care, Fertilze, weed killing, insect control.

 + -1 moreIt's an ongoing service and they come out every year during the spring. I have been using them for the past 6 years and I pay $130 for the service. I will continue to use them again in the future.
