+ -1 moreI would NOT RECOMMEND this service company to ANYONE as they have POOR customer service. They never follow up when told they would and they seemed to not care. Could it be because this is a warranty repair? Hmmmm.
Description of Work: Beasleys Repair is contracted to perform extended warranty services for a hardware chain. Had a stovetop crack on/about 5 Aug and part had to be ordered. Made numerous phone calls to the hardware store and was told part was on backorder. Explained to the hardware store that a repairman NEVER came to our home to review the damage and could not understand how they knew what was exactly wrong. Finally, on 12 Sep 08 WE called Beasleys and found out part would be in the following week. Called again on 15 Sep 08 and was told a repairman would call after 12:00 noon on 16 Sep 08. Due to poor track record, called at 1:30pm on 16 Sep 08 and was told repairman would arrive on 17 Sep 08 in the afternoon. Called on 17 Sep 08 to get an approx timeframe and was informed someone would be out between 4:00pm - 6:00pm. As of 7:00pm never saw the repairman nor received a phone call. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.
