 + 0 moreThe sales rep was prompt and the installation was pretty good. They stuck to their price based on the written estimate. However, I did call for them to come out to fix a leak, but they never replied and never came back to fix the issue.
Description of Work: I used Tri-County Seamless Gutters to install gutters.

 + -1 moreThe Company was very quick to come out and provide an estimate for new gutters on my house. They also were very quick to install new gutters on my home. They also offered a guarantee on their work. The problem is, they REFUSED to come out and repair their work. Only a month or so after the installation, I noticed that I needed some splash guards, and one of my gutters wasn't working right, and another was filled with water and not working right. I must have called at least 15 times to get them to honor their warranty, each time getting a different run-around: "we sold that phone number, have them fix it"; "my company bought the phone number, call the original company," "we will be there by Tuesday and will call first"; "this will be fixed in a week"; "please hold.....(disconnected)." They NEVER fixed the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK OR THEIR WARRANTY.

 + -1 moreit went well! only took about an hour and the person who did my estimate was very nice too, did it while i was at work and left the estimate in my mailbox!
Description of Work: I had seamless gutters installed in the back and front of my house. The gutters were installed quickly and beautifully, it has only been a few months but they are holding up well.
