I called on a Sunday and dispatcher had owner, Jeff call me back. She said he would call in 10 minutes, and he called in 6 minutes which is awesome. He is professional, and made a good recommendation about what to do with a touchy situation since we have a difficult tenant in the condo. I will definitely be calling them back in the morning, Monday, to schedule the service call for service. It is nice to hear from an owner, who thinks like a consumer too and has the expertise to know what to do and how to save you $$$ under pressure.

It went great. I called them because a friend referred them. A gentleman named Jeff came out, diagnosed it as a bad relay, replaced it and saved the day. I felt the price was extremely fair.

They did a great job, and were extremely friendly. We have since referred them to several family members, all of whom were very satisfied with the services rendered. I would highly recommend them for all of your AC and refrigeration needs.

This company is great. They are very responsive. They do the job right, the first time. There prices are very competitive and the service techs have been nothing but professional, friendly and get the job done quickly.
