Professional, knowledgeable and friendly

John, the manager, was sick at start of effort, but Chris, service tech, showed up on time and said he couldn’t go in attic because no plywood on rafters. We negotiated placement of traps and caught one rat within 7 days. Tech asked if he could dispose of rat in my trash because he would forget it if he put on his truck. I mistakenly said ok and then realized trash pickup was not for 5 days after he left. Next setting of trap underway. Tech did not seem to have enough supplies on his truck including a ladder and enough sized wire to close entry points. My expectations were higher than what I got and now I am in regular service mode with company for outside pest control bi-monthly as well as 2 more trap weeks for rats in attic!

This is an ongoing project and they have been with us throughout. On time and get the job done. Very professional.

Very professional from start to finish!!! I had a ghost ant issue that was driving me crazy. They were very knowledgeable and inspected my house for other things also!! I got on a service contract with them to keep the ghost ants from popping up again!!! Couldn’t be any happier!!! Thank you!!!!!

This is a very professional group. I received a call back promptly, and sent a Sales Technician out to see what we needed. Heather performed her duties despite our ill behaved dogs. The price was fair, and we haven't had any sign of ants.

I was very happy with their service. The representatives come when they say they will come and are aware of my pets and consider their health when laying bate and perimeter spraying my outdoor openings.

They took care of my pest problem (ants, roaches) and I am currently on a bimonthly contract with them. They always call before they come so that I can get my cats off the back porch. I like that they use products that are safe for my cats but still seem to work.

Very informative and did not ask for contract until after inspection and review of home.

The exterminator was successful in getting rid of the bees nest and ensured they did not intrude deeper behind the siding. He also came back in 2 days to examine and make sure we were satisfied. He also closed a breach which would have invited future infestations.

Price was the best. The owner was easy to contact answered all our questions. He met with my husband at the the location we wanted looked at. He showed us areas of concern, he wasn’t pushy and we ended up using him to treat the whole house for any future problems. This company I would use again! I highly recommend others to use them!!

A gentleman visited my home and really did a thorough job of looking at my lawn and showing me the problems I have. The crew then came and spayed the bug killer & fertilizer on my lawn. He will be out again in about a week. Very satisfied with their work.
