Technician called before to confirm and was on time for appointment. Treatment was effective in killing the bees, did have to call them for a follow-up which they did within 2 days.

Everyone I was dealing with was very courteous, professional, and friendly. The only reason why not 5 stars is because every few days we still catch a palmetto bug and some small ants in the house. Maybe it needs to be treated once more for a full effect. I would recommend this company to others with a similar problem.

Jon called me the next next morning, after I had input my request for information. Billed called shortly after that to schedule my appt., and Dustyn has been prompt and courteous, as well as knowledgeable and helpful, and I appreciate the education he gave me on making sure my bug problem does not return! In addition to getting rid of the bugs, they have given me peace of mind in knowing that I have found someone I can trust!

The Representative that came to my home was very friendly, informative, and respectful. He didn't try to push his company's products or services down my throat, so to speak. When the technician came out, he too was polite, respectful and very informative. They both answered all of my questions without hesitation. Overall my experience was great.

I found them to be very professional; that includes the owner Jon, the Manager Bill and the service tech Josie - all very professional, accommodating and timely!

I spoke with Jon, the owner. And he set up a date to walk my house with me inside and out. He pointed out some entry ways where rodents were making it in and also noticed my ant problem on the inside of the hosue which seemed very minor. He gave me a great price for an entire year of rodent control (trapping, retrapping, sealing up the house and baiting the rats in the area around the house). He also baited the ants in the house for free even though I didn't sign up for pest control at the time. I'll definitely be going back for pest control. This guy is great, and so is his company!
