Good company. Wanted to pay less for termite control but the industry seems to have prices a little too high in my opinion. They were the best price I found. Definitely my number one pick

Clark Howard recommends using a termite service that provides a termite bond, not just re-treatment. This contractor provides a bond, as long as you get re-treatment each year. The re-treatment cost is stated as $200.00 per year. However, they say they can increase this price at their discretion. When I hired them, the annual price was stated as $185.00 or so, so the $200.00 price bothered me. The option of increasing the price really bothered me, but I went ahead and let them do the work. It makes me uneasy, as the 10-year agreement is based on the initial treatment cost of $760.00. I have no idea if they will exercise their option of increasing the annual cost even more, so the whole arrangement makes me uncomfortable. If they increase the price in the out-years, I will feel ripped off. If it remains at $200.00, I will accept it as reasonable. I just won't know for the 10-year period. People should read the contract carefully and be aware of the price escalation clause before hiring the contractor. A week after the initial treatment I received the first bill for $200.00, though it wasn't due for a year. I thought this really odd and called them. They said it was an error and to ignore the bill. People should be prepared for such an "error."

Right after HomeAdvisor contacted them, I immediately received a call. They came out the very next business day. Made an evaluation. Explained what the process was. The cost. We said ok, and they treated the termite area on the spot. Clean, in and out. Loved it!

Great service, they help me get out of a situation their competition screwed up. We have a huge Banyan tree and kept paying a competitor to treat it against White Flies, Bugs etc. but they did not do their job at all. Price Termite & Pest Control is much better, they offered the right service and perform it very reliably. Would definitely recommend this business.
