Price also treats the interior of my home, so I had a prior satisfactory experience with this company.

John White responded to our pest control issues promptly. As usual he accomodate us quick and efficiently at more than reasonable price. Previously they provided subtranian and drywood termite Treatment and bonding to my house. I highly recommend them.

Extremely knowledgeable. Also, it was very important that they wore masks and they did so and were very respectful about it.

They came to my house for an evaluation, came back, and did a great job. I was asked to sign a contract that they would come every 2 months for the next year. I was all for it. The end of 2 months went by, and I called to see when they were coming again and was told I was scheduled for a call the following week. I called again, and was told the manager would call me back. Never got the call and about 2 weeks later I had a bill for $75 on my door for services?? Really? So I sent them Monopoly money!

John came to the house and was completely up front about my lawn and termite protection concerns. Explained shortfalls in both areas and gave me the best solution possible without trying to oversell. Let the treatments begin, if the professionalism is as good as John's I am sure I will be very happy with Price.

They did a great job but I did not give them a 5 because I thought it was too pricey for 1 hour initial spraying and 3 other quick follow-ups if needed. Spoke to other individuals who had similar problems, and they did not pay nearly as much as I did. Other than too high priced, at my request they came back a second time to spray because we saw a couple of live ones 8 days after first spraying but none since second spraying.

Responded promptly to my inquiry. Send a representative out to assess my needs. Will be spraying next week. I will follow up on the progress of the company next month.

They went above and beyond to insure we were termite free!

I was very pleased with the inspection and customer service. They were able to accommodate a Saturday appointment, arrived on time and completed a detailed inspection.
