I have a termite tenting scheduled in a few weeks so I can not really rate the quality yet. John was very thorough explaining the process, what my responsibilities are & his. He has a 5 yr warranty/bond. Another company I did get a quote from was about $600 more & had a lifetime bond. Wish Price was Lifetime also, but I had to go with the less expensive price at this time.

I contracted with Price however work is not scheduled until 6/22/2016. I wanted to place the review now for my opinion thus far. The initial phone contact with the owner of the company was very pleasant and professional. The salesman was prompt in arriving for my estimate. He was very personable and honest. I received a fair price and he has gone above and beyond in answering my questions via numerous phone calls from me. I will add to the review after the completion of the actual work but so far my experience has been wonderful!

They seemed very honest. An inspector came by and actually inspected this time. He recommended a $400 dry wood treatment which I thought was reasonable. We will see if it did the trick.
