Jon did the pre-inspection and recommended necessary work. It took a few days to get the offer but the cost was lower than the competition. The work was executed as planned.

That were prompt and professional and reasonable.

I took estimates and evaluations from three vendors. Freddie at Price spent the most time looking at my property and describing how he would perform his services; he came when he said he would and his pricing was competetive compared to similiar scope of work ofered by others.

I called Price in as a second opinion on what I was told was a roof rat infestation. Charles came out right away and confirmed, what I thought (and actually hoped) that the only droppings I had in my attic were those of lizards. He saw no evidence of roof rats! He was very informative and explained what he saw and how he came to his conclusion. He also told me what to look out for and educated me on roof rats as well as how to get rid of the lizards using do it yourself non toxic products. The visit was at no charge! He will be my pest control company from here on in. He is replacing a pest control company I had used for many years, who wanted to charge me over $1500 to rid my house of rats which I didn't even have!

Actually the work has not yet begun. I base my review on my first meeting with the owner. Of course with pest control the results are not immediate. I will review again in the near future.

Still at the beginning stages of reviving my lawn, but I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Condition of lawn has improved

Very professional and polite. Checked back to see if bugs were gone within a few days. They have done everything they promised. They will come every other month unless I have a problem.

All contractors charged the same amount. Seems they're colluded. This was the least expensive one because he gave me a senior discount coupon which made the sell. My problem was with rodents in the attic. I'm only on the second week of this year-long contract . So far two rats have been caught ( one of them by my son's dog..). Seems like there are no more... They will come 3 times a week for anther couple of weeks to check on the traps. After that, only if the problem re-occurr.
