They responded to my request immediately; I was never put 'on hold'. I was impressed with the owner's professionalism when he came to do the initial bid; he was patient and informative about the nature of the problem (ticks on my dog), as well as what I needed to do to prepare for their service to be effective. He came when he said he would, as did his technician for the treatment. Both the technician and the owner went out of their way to ensure my safety and that of my bird, cat and dog during and after the treatment. I felt I was treated as if I were family--even though I was a first time client neither of them had met before!

The company was very responsive, the pest specialist was very knowlegeable and thorough. He didn't rush through it and took the time to explain and help me prevent in the future. Good company!

John is incredible! He immediately responded to our needs, first hand assessed our flea situation, and treated the problem promptly - all with an extremely fair price. All signs of fleas are gone and best of all, John has stayed in contact with us to check on the progress. And, when I asked for his recommendation of a good carpet cleaner, he again hit a homerun with Karl and Ian at Citrusolution Carpet Cleaning Process. There is no other Pest Control company to consider!!

We just got started with him this week. So far so good. With pest control it is never about the initial spray, it is how they handle the follow up and the follow up calls. But I believe that we will be in great hands!
