+ 2 moreCody did an extraordinary job. The roof was clearly much dirtier than he anticipated although he agreed to stand by his original quote that he had provided months previous to doing the work. He spent double the amount of time that he planned on doing a fantastic job and did additional work beyond the agreed upon job. He recommended some extra work which I readily agreed to and he charged an incredibly fair price for the work. Cody by far exceeded my expectation and he did not break any roof tiles which in most cases is inevitable. I highly recommend Cody for any pressure washing needs you have. His military background combined with his professional attitude can not be beat.
Description of Work: Did an exquisite job cleaning our roof, front walk way, back pool deck and then power washed the whole house.
