Description of Work: The two electricians assessed the job and one explained their specific pricing policy, allowing for the Angie's List discount. They replaced the ballasts and lamps for my four kitchen light fixtures, and rewired them. They also replaced a switch with a dimmer in my dining area. It was all done within a couple of hours and they cleaned up thoroughly.

Description of Work: Did some work to rewire the service to my AC. Service went through 2 boxes for a 240 V service and only one phase had a breaker. Not very safe. Description of Work: The outside circuit box was double tapped and the house had copper wiring going to the inside circuit panel. Kevin from Mr. Sparky was very professional and informative about the repair. A written quote was provided and the work was completed at the quoted price. Kevin was on time for both appointments (the estimate and repair) and completed the work in the estimated time. I definitely recommend Mr.Sparky and will use them for any future repairs.

Description of Work: A portion of my electric work required a "single person" hydraulic lift for a 1-2 hour job. Mr. Sparky did not carry the lift, but quoted $458.00 just for the lift plus another @$375.00 for installing the lighting fixture. I called the lift rental company and was quoted $229.00 including one day rental, delivery and pickup. The call took all of 10 minutes total to arrange the rental. I was able to get the lift plus the same work done for 1/2 the price.
