Description of Work: I had several things to be fixed - installation of a new ceiling fan, installation of a new smoke detector, rewiring of new bathroom light switch/exhaust fan and fixing kitchen lighting that only worked intermittently. Bryan was so knowledgeable and helpful. Totally professional and considerate. I would definitely use again !

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate, but the "scheduling professional" on the other end of the phone had only one objective: to schedule an electrician to come to my home for a trip charge of $59. No matter how hard I tried to get even a rough budgetary estiamte, he could not even tell me if they charge by the job or by the hour. I was able to confirm that if the electrician came out and gave me an estimate that I felt was too high, I would be stuck paying the $59. I hung up and called Elcon, who did a great job. My "D" rating refers to the quality and professionalism of the "scheduling professional" that I spoke with, not of the electricians.

Description of Work: My garage door opener failed to open, I didn't know if it was the opener or the outlet. The electrician immediately found the problem and completely explained it to me. He then proceeded to check the rest of the outlets in the house as I had had problems with some of them. He was professional, patient, made sure I understood. I would certainly call this company again.
