Description of Work: Never hired, called to get some info. After I briefly described my needs they cheerfully scheduled an appointment for an estimate without me even asking. How cool, until she told me about the $59 convenience fee applied to the bill IF they did the job. This is just a silly scam. I hung up!

Description of Work: No work was done. They are not flexible with meeting times, I told them several times that I cannot be home during the day because I work. They did not seem to care, they told me that they would schedule me between 3 and 6 and would call 1/2 out. They called at 3:15, I asked if they could come back and was told no.

Description of Work: "Assigned electrician, Walker, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He was polite and even cleaned up after himself each day he was here. He completed an underground power line conversion, updated our electric panel and brought inside power up to code. His office did all coordination with the city and fpl. Also installed co and smoke detectors.

Description of Work: Mr. Sparky said they could help with my electrical needs and asked for a phone number. I gave them my cell and also let them know I was looking to get quotes from other electricians as I had one quote already. I never heard back from them either by phone or email. I have emails from Angie's list to prove they never emailed me back. This is why I gave them a C rating. Honesty on my part seemed to prevent Mr. Sparky from helping me as they stated in their email. As for the quality of the work, that is not applicable as they never gave me the chance to decide if they actually could help me. This is my first review on Angie's list but I can tell you A&M Electrical is a first rate company that is not afraid to give a 2cnd quote, submit permits, work with us on additional electrical needs and offer a fair price on the extra work. A+++ for A&M Electrical.
