I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the friction in their scheduling and follow up process. From the time I contacted Mr. Sparky of Pompano Beach via my request on Angi's, all the staff were very polite and professional. Even when I voiced my complaints regarding the varying touch points-email, text, phone, ALL with different numbers, they managed to deliver on their promise. Great service from Jose and Anthony, both technicians, who kept me informed and made the payment process easy. I especially appreciated Jose's explanation of the scope of work and communication. I would use them again. Hopefully, they would have figured out how to have each technician to have their own cell phones and not have calls re-routed to centralized answering, where they will not know the specifics without having the customer repeat everything again. :-)

Kent was an absolute delight to work with, along with Jonathan and Andrew. He was very knowledgeable and professional, offered options and went above and beyond in providing service.

Kent of Mr. Sparky arrived right on time and was so helpful. We are new to the whole generator realm and needed an outlet installed to be able to run our portable generator if power went out so that our well pump would work. Kent walked around the house with me and made suggestions on how we could go about making this connection. He then discovered that we already had the outlet installed. (Thanks to my builder's far sightedness) He then walked me through the whole connection process, how and what breakers to shut off or turn on and how it would all work. I was only charged for a visit and Kent shared his number with me if we had any questions. He did all of this in a friendly and professional manner and on the day before Hurricane Milton was to hit the west coast. Thank you Kent and Thank you Mr. Sparky, you are on my speed dial list now!! I received a quote for a car charging system to go in my garage. I waited all morning and called and they said that the tech, Jesus was stuck on a job and would be at my home between 2-5. He never showed up. I called again and they said that Jesus wasn't feeling well and they needed to reschedule. The next time frame on another day was between 2-5. I got a call from Jesus on the scheduled date at 2:30 that they cannot do the job at the price quoted that the cable used in the estimate is 7 ft. and my job is 15 ft, and they wanted $500.00 more. Jesus said that he has never had this problem before and has been with the company 10 years and the manager is on vacation and another manager will not honor the written quote. The dispatcher said that he had a sore throat and needed to go home. Jesus said he hurt his foot. Mr Sparky has what looks like a great reputation. But they certainly messed up with me. I do not recommend Jesus to write up a quote and will never use them.

They didn’t initially fix the fan like I asked and told them that problem was so afterwards the fan blew out.

Did a fantastic job. Not cheap,but it's done right the first time.

First of all, I got a Salesman not an electritian. Before he even started, he proposed over 5,000 in changes. I only wanted a certain job. Then paid 100 per outlet to be changed and now, one of them is not fixed completely, one is working ok, and sometimes not.

I called Mr sparky who showed up after I paid a few of 186.when he came he told me it had to pay over 300 hundred dollars which I paid.After he took my money he told me the power truck is down the street because we had a down power line.He knew very well that the reason for my power outage was due to the down power line,but decided to take my money first.He did no estimate he did nothing because there was nothing for him to do.i called the company who promised me I would get a refund within 10 days.its over 1 month and still no refund.That is dishonesty on every level.i have yet to receive my refund.

The job is still incomplete after 2 weeks of them saying they needed a part and would be back. They keep re-scheduling since while I already paid handsomely for the job!

They came out the afternoon the day after I called for a consultation and quote on the projects and were able to complete all the jobs that evening. Pricey but very quick, everyone was very courteous, and the job was done well and clean. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price-- installed a wall connector unit in our garage. Highly recommend

The guy was professional and patient with all my questions, but was basically a sales person that tries to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't want or need. It's his job, though, so it's not his fault. Then they send out 2 people to do basic work that 1 can do just fine and charge ridiculous prices.

Very responsive , timely and did a very good job I'm very happy with it.

They came into my home and gave me outrageous estimates. They attempted to confuse and scare me about the potential work needed. Then their competitor completed the work for one third the price and if I had bought their other services it would have been $1,000 MORE. I would remove them from your A rated standing, that is terrible!

They tried to charge me the second time, but since it was their mistake, they didn't charge me and came back to repair.

Provided a thorough electrical home inspection and gave recommendations where needed on potential upgrades.

It didn't, I called Mr. Sparky the earliest appt. I could get was four days later Thurs. 10/2 between 10a.m. -2:00 p.m., window at 9:45 a.m., Cathy from their office called me and said they had an emergency call and she could reschedule me for the following Monday. I asked why I had to wait that long again for an appointment, why couldn't the appt., be rescheduled for the following day or next and I was told that's just their policy I would have to "wait" for the next available appointment instead of rescheduling the customers who have been inconvenienced first.

I reached out to several electric companies last night and Mister Sparky-Pompano Beach was the only one that responded last night to my request. They scheduled for someone to come out today. We are so lucky that ARTEMIS was sent. Professional, Prompt Courteous and Great Communication. It was an excellent experience.
