Description of Work: The representative of Mister Sparky was able to find the problem in my electrical system. He fixed it, was extremely professional in explaining what the details of the problem and resolution was and in fact fixed another problem that he saw needed to be addressed. It was a delight speaking with this technician who was very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon, printed it, and lost it! I tried to remember the name of the company, looked again on Angie's List, and basically was unhappy with myself for losing it! Well, a few months later, I received a call from Mister Sparky's office, remeinding me abut the coupon and that they wanted to set up an appointment to instlal my purchase. It was for a whole house electrical surge protector, which is just SO important in Florida! In fact, our air conditioner had been struck by lightning and it had to be totaly replaced. So, again, I got busy, the message was erased, and I thought oh, no, I was out of luck. ell, the most wonderful woman in their office called again, stating that the coupon had indee expired, but they would still honor it if I just called. So, I did, set up the appointment, and on the day of the appointmenta wonderful electrician showed up. H explained the coupon details, asked if I had any questions, and did a thorough examination of the wiring andour panel before he started, making sure all was up to code before he started. He did an excellent job, explaining what and how this surge protector worked, and that was it! They are really wonderful, caring, and to follow up like that is really unheard of here in Florida. Description of Work: Complete, whole house electrical inspection with emphasis on any code violations. J.C. was the company rep and he was professional,courteous......and most importantly to us............ KNOWLEDGEABLE. We purchased a discount coupon thru Angie's List and expected to get a mediocre job. I can tell you that after going thru 3 different home inspections(including electrical) and having had various electrical repairs done over the years........J.C./ Mister Sparky was without a doubt the hands down BEST of them all. When the time comes to purchase our next home,I will definitely call Mr. Sparky and request that J.C. do our electrical inspection.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 electrical service coupon from Angie's List. I had 2 flush light fixtures which needed to be changed. All wiring was in place and intact. He asked if there were other electrical fixtures that needed to be changed out & I showed him 2 other fixtures that i would have done at a later date. He wrote out several very expensive quotes. I thought the $99 would cover the cost of changing the fixtures but he said there would be an additional $167 charge. I was very surprised since our condo maintence person said he would do it for $50. I had already purchased the Angie's List coupon and felt locked into this service agreement. The bill was $167 + the $99 I had already pd. Total $267. This was definately not a bargin. The patio light fixture which he quoted as $500 cost me $100 to install by a licensed electrician.

Description of Work: Had a problem with a circuit breaker. The technician Kevin Court examined the problem and fixed it within an hour.The next day, Sunday, the problem re-occurred. I called the office and Kevin was back at my house within an hour and totally fixed the problem. I am very pleased with his professional performance.

Description of Work: After seeing an ad in the Angie's List monthly magazine for a whole-house surge protector, I called the company for more details. As an Angie's List member I would receive a discount so I decided to purchase the protector. The electrician arrive on time on the day scheduled and installed the surge protector. The work was done efficiently and the electrician was very professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Electrician verified my sprinkler timer worked. He examined a wall heater, pointed out deficiencies and disconnected it at my request. The rest of the time he examined my panels and wiring, then prepared a $19,000 estimate for a variety of services. No plans for any followup work from Mr. Sparky.

Description of Work: put in new electric line to microwave. replaced plug, replaced outlet. tighten all wires in electrical panel.
