+ -1 moreWas supposed to be here on a Thursday to maintain pool for home we just purchased. Never showed up. Never called. We called and he said he had route service issues with an employee but would be out Friday. Never showed up. Never called. Now our pool is turning green. Went to Angie's List and found an A List provider and fired J&B on Saturday but not before he said he had issues and had a person coming out that day. Oh no you're not touching my pool. You're fired!

Description of Work: They don't really want to serve clients. They just want to keep charging 85 bucks for each follow up visit! My spa still does not work right...never mind that I paid nearly $900 bucks on a new motor. Shame on them for being GREEDY!

+ -1 moreThey removed the box from the wall and took it with them. The original owner had it in his possession so I called to get it back and found out they are under new ownership. I asked the new owner about this and he took a long time to get back with me. The new owner finally brought it back out to my home but it was a very unpleasant experience. They gave me too many excuses and overall I am unhappy with their professionalism.
Description of Work: I called them for my in-ground spa that I had an electrical problem with.

+ -1 moreThe pool motor was affected by lightening strikes in the area. The pool itself turned milky white within 3 hours of the storm. The company was very friendly when I first called for information about the terrible sounding of the motor and the condition of the pool. They took all my information as I was heading out of town so that if need be they could work on the problem while I was gone. Once I returned they came out right away, diagnosed the problem with the motor and replace it. Efficient and friendly service. The pool water is a work in progress and still a puzzle.
Description of Work: Pool motor damaged by lightening strikes but still working LOUDLY. Pool water turned milky white.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They were prompt and efficient. The price was good. They didn't dangle me and give me the run around. I called and they came out to make sure it was the pump that was broken. They took the old one back to the shop and they put in a new pump.
Description of Work: The pump on my spa went out and they came out and installed a new pump.

+ -1 moreJ & B Pool & Spa Supply is always on time for the pool cleaning and do a very good job. The owner Dennis is very nice and will go out of his way to help me. Philip does a great job keeping our pool clean and I am very happy with them.
