+ -1 moreEverything started great until the contract was signed and then things just got worse going forward. Responsiveness went done hill and most important the quality of work that was done. My pool looked better before, and the surfacing looks 20 years old. The pool was drained 3 times which cost me more money because they installed the new pool light incorrectly, which also looks old now because they did not start up the pool correctly. My plaster is rough like sandpaper and the kids get scraps from swimming. I am now looking for another company to resurface the pool. Also, DF Pools farms out all the work. Look for a company that does everything themselves. They fail to tell you this upfront, so stay away and avoid the headaches. I plan on uploading photos later.

+ -1 moreI am very happy with the job DF Pools performed at my house. This is my first home and first time to own a pool. The pool needed a complete renovation. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to explain everything to me and patiently answered my thousands of questions. They also really went above and beyond to help me select the materials I would use. These guys really take pride in what they do and care about the customer. I am very happy with the outcome of my pool and will recommend them to everyone I know that needs their service. One last thing is I did shop around for prices and they beat everyone else's quotes by far. They offer a superb value for their work.

I would highly recommend DF Pools to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, punctual, and most important, great quality work.The installers were effective and delivered the job in the time I was promised. They cleaned up after themselves and explained how to take care of my travertine floors. The floors look awesome,I get complements from everyone that comes to see it.
Description of Work: I got a few different quotes from a few different companies to come do my backyard in bricks/ pavers.

Description of Work: We had to "chase down" to get a proposal on pool refinishing and fixing leak. Multiples call had to be made to schedule appointment. Once he came, he never followed up on sending a person to assess the extent of the leak. He was very professional in his manner but perhaps too busy to follow up with customers. I would worry to use this company on a job since it was so difficult to get them to do a proposal/estimate.
