Description of Work: We would never use this company again. The shopping experience was fine but the installers were terrible. Showed up late, left early. They were not respectful of my home. They dirtied walls and doors. They did not clean up after themselves at the end of the day. I have had a lot of tile work done on different homes in my life and these were by far the most unprofessional crews i have encountered.

+ 0 moreWe spent time with approximately 5 other vendors before settling on Carpets by Mr. Jason. The company has been around for many years and rarely advertises. It appears they have a lot of repeat customers. Our realtor, who owns 10 houses, referred us to them otherwise I am not sure we would have found them. Maggie, our sales representative (quite a character with extensive knowledge), spent a lot of time, with great patience, helping us decide the correct tile and carpeting for the job. It was hard not to love this woman. We changed our minds at least three times before settling on final products. As seniors, we decided to treat ourselves to designer carpet for the master bedroom. The heck with the kids. This drove up the price by at least $1,000 The rest of the flooring was porcelain tile laid on a diagonal. They also replaced the baseboards. We gave them the keys to the place without any issues. The company did a great job on the installation. They stayed on schedule with the painters and door installers.. We definitely would use them again.
Description of Work: The job was to re-floor a 1000 sq. ft. condo.
