He was extremely professional and detailed in his evaluation of my current AC unit.

The vendor was professional , courteous and set up the appointment the same day i called...He inspected , tested all parts of my HVAC system (both inside and outside) and diagnosed that the capacitor connected to the condenser was charging at 30 M/G rather than the required 40 +5 M/G ....He replaced this capacitor within a few minutes ...I am extremely happy with this service and would not hesitate to use their services again next year to test and if needed , tune up my HVAC....

They were prompt and completed the job in the estimated time and within the estimated budget. I would not hesitate to use them again, and recommend them to my friends.

Byron with Big C and Son came to my house to check my Air Conditioning Unit that wasn't working properly, Byron discovered that the unit is bad and needs to be replaced, He was very Professional, Honest, knowledgable, and Courteous. He explained everything in detail to me and gave me different options, Overall I was satisfied with the work they did and happy with the price I paid. I will definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family or whoever I know looking for a good Air Conditioning Company.

My mom was house-sitting for my husband and I while we were out of the country. Our a/c broke and she called Big C and Sons to come out and give her an estimate. They arrived the same day, were very helpful and professional. We ended up having them do the work for us and are happy with the outcome. The thing that really left us with a positive impression was their customer service and understanding of our situation being away from home. They took care of the a/c and worked with us on the payment afterward. I felt like their priority was to get our house back to a comfortable temperature for my mom. Highly recommend!

Byron was my technician. Extremely likable, warm, pleasant. I would feel very comfortable if I was getting a tune-up.

Byron clearly has major customer service issues. I've never been treated so rudely by anyone. Despite the bad reviews, I decided to give Byron a call. Everything went normally on the call and we scheduled for the following morning. I texted him the address of the property and then he asked for it again, so I texted it to him again, but realized that I put the wrong zip code so I corrected that in the second text and wrote, "please confirm that you received it ok. Got the zip wrong before haha". He confirmed and then the next morning sends me a text "I don't understand you said get the zip wrong before haha your appointment is cancel". This is an hour and a half before the appointment and the day after he confirmed. When I called him I asked if he was joking, because I thought he was just joking around and he said no and that I "can't talk to his people like that". I asked him what he meant and tried to explain that I made a mistake with the zip code when I texted the address the first time. He was very angry and hung up on me. I have texted and tried to call to understand what the problem was, but he does not respond. It's mind-blowing that 1) someone can find offense in anything I said and 2) treat a customer in this way. Truly unbelievable. Definitely avoid Big C at all costs and find a normal professional for you AC needs.

They are there when I really need them. They are impeccable with the clean up. They are trustworthy.

These guys are absolute crooks. Before they came I only had a simple problem with water dripping out of the dripping pan. Within 3 hours after the contractor left, the compressor stop working and the entire house got really hot. The next day I called them and the owner was rude and refuse to send the contractor back out to check the problem. I called another contractor and they couldn't find the issue and told me I needed to replace the entire unit. I had to rent a hotel for 1 day ($200) and stay away for several other days. I called yet a 3rd contractor because I was convinced that the unit stopped working because of something that the Big C and Sons contractor did. The 3rd contractor confirmed that the Big C and Sons contractor purposely removed one of the wires from the condenser unit. If I didn't call another honest contractor, these guys would have caused me to lose about $5,000 on buying a new unit. Beware of these crooks and keep them away from your home.

I have used Big C on several occasions to check my AC when I bought a home, repair my AC, and clean the duct system. I was always satisfied with their work and price. This time was no different. They came to my home in a timely manner and checked all the parts. Apparently a wire and/or my pump had been bumped and giggled. Before long my AC was working. Big C always saves the day ! I would not call anyone else.

He was very punctual and I would recommend him to everyone. He's become my regular service technician for this type of thing.

Byron is very nice & I would recommend him & his company to anyone & I do often, everyone I know! He came back a third time to check my thermostat for free. He stayed an hour to make sure it was working properly.
