This company has looked after our termite control, house pest control, outside lawn service for 20 years. That should speak for itself: if I had any complaints I would not deal with them. They respond quickly to questions. All technicians are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them. And their little rodent cars make me smile!!

They did termite extermination and we have a guarantee. For a yearly fee they come back each year (and during the year if necessary) and respray.

We have been using Truly Nolan for about five years and have always been pleased with their work. Recently we asked about some ants inside, and they came in and treated and now...no ants. Their representative is very professional and very pleasant.

Rich Palys is a thorough Truly Nolen technician and we're lucky to have him keep our homecompletely bug free. That's something almost impossible to do in subtropical SWFla.

Paid for annual service. Home still had pests, even with service. Advised to cancel after annual service was completed; however service was maintained and a bill was received for multiple services not requested... when questioned, the representative indicated that the emails received for services rendered were not bills, but only an indication of what we would have paid if we didn't have the annual service. In other correspondence, e were told that we, as homeowners, were required to notify them of any cancellation-even though the annual contract was done; thus the reason they kept responding to the house and sending us a bill! Not at all satisfied with their honesty... and pests were still prevalent during the annual service. We had Truly Nolen for lawn service-short term; but cancelled when we observed the worker sit in his truck during the entire time he was supposed to be treating the lawn and Palm Trees for is and the neighbors house. The worker is still employed by Truly Nolen, even after the issue was brought to their attention!
