Excellent - very fast and quality work. The measurement for the bathroom mirror was wrong. They promptly replaced the mirror to the correct dimensions without cost or delay. That's great after sales support.

When I placed the order, Bonnie emailed back to me a revised quote saying she did not allow for cutting the electrical outlet and added an additional $20.00 to my price, making it $317.00. I answered that I had a quote from another glass company for $300.00 with the electrical cutout and asked if she wanted the business. Bonnie replied back "take the $300.00 quote if that's what you want to do". Her reply impressed me as being arrogant so I ordered the mirror elsewhere for $300.00.
Description of Work: Bonnie of Paradise Glass quoted $297.00 to install a 44" x 70-1/2" vanity mirror with one electrical cutout.

Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you felt that Bonnie was arrogant, but she was only giving you my answer. I feel that she did what was proper and let you know that she misquoted the first time. It wasn't going to be sprung on you at the end of the job if we did it. I felt that if you found someone 17 dollars cheaper than Us you were looking for a cheaper price Which is your prerogative and I was willing to let you take the cheaper price which is mine. From the first phone call, Bonnie was extremely helpful and responded in a very timely manor. Their prices are more than fair and their billing process is a dream. They were here when they said they would be here and carried out the work in record time. Great quality work. Leo is a master at his craft. I would highly recommend this company for your glass and mirror needs.
