IMPERIAL INTERLOCKING PAVER

I called Imperial because I had been trying to get my driveway repaired for 3 weeks but because of the rain everyone was backed up. The job was located in Marco Island and the providers I called were in Naples so I thought that I might get a better response if I contacted someone on the island. The first call I made the phone was ansered and Lisa said took my information and said that she would get someone out to my home to look at the job and give me a quote. To make a long story short, it took multiple calls over a 3 week period to get that done. The day I got the quote I signed it and tried to fax it to them and it would not go through. Then I tried to call them and there was no answer. It was then I decided to hold on their offer and contact a few more companies. The first company I called (from Naples) met me at the home that week and had my price worked up 2 days later AND I am scheduled for the job in 3 weeks. All calls to them were answered promptly and my questions answered. You decide.

Did not match what was there already. They could have taken up the small bit that was there and matched it with the new. Looks really bad. People have comented on how bad it looks.
