Excellent! I couldn't be happier. After the measure by Ed Ehlen, I determined my budget and selected the carpet. Ed was generous with his time to answer any questions I had and even made a follow-up visit once the carpet was selected to verify the yardage for pattern matching. Once the carpet arrived, an appointment was made for the install. His experienced installers showed up right on schedule ready to work installing the new pad and carpet. Each of the employees had well over 10 years of experience with this same business! It's the little things that say a lot about a company. When the installers saw the carpet strips were placed too far away from the wall with the original carpet, they didn't hesitate to make the job right. They removed the old ones and put new ones closer to the baseboard before installing the new pad and carpet. The room looks beautiful!

I gave Ehlen Floor Coverings all A's because it was such a pleasure doing business with them. They were patient with me as I made many visits to their store to pick up samples to take to our home, sometimes keeping the samples for up to a week. They even helped me choose which would be best carpet for rentals. After I decided on the carpet we chose a date and because the house is sometimes rented they were flexible with the installation date. When it came time for the installation they were punctual and professional and seemed to move the furniture around with ease. The installer was very careful with my furniture and cleaned up everything before he left. I would highly recommend Ehlen Floor Coverings.
