We were shopping long distance and she cheerfully went the extra mile every step of the way by personally inspecting listings, giving us accurate pertinent information about each one, alerting us to problems, etc. She earned every nickel of her commission! Her knowledge of the area is extensive and her professionalism was much appreciated by us. At no point did we feel pressure to close a deal. She coordinated inspections, and acted as our intermediary with items that we normally would have done ourselves if we were local. We got a great house for a good price and couldn't be happier with our real estate experience!
