 + -1 moreThey were timely and showed up when they were supposed to, They did a good job on what we needed done. They were very professional, Very nice work, Very neat and great.
Description of Work: They put in a ladder on to the dock and they atttach the Detachable ladder to the dock. They build a dog/cat ladder into the canal.

 + -1 moreExcellent job! They performed on schedule and brought us in on budget and time. They also built us stairs down from our patio to our dock. Again the work is excellent. They are responsive to any service related issues too.
Description of Work: Replaced my Seawall riprap the entire wall built an 1800 square foot dock with 30k, 9k lifts and 6k platform lift for our kayaks.

 + -1 moreThey were very unresponsive. The kid said he would have me a quote by the end of the week. No quote. I called and he said, yeah, I'll have it to you tonight. 3 days later still no quote. Calling the office, the office saying well, he's busy. The father that runs the company is out with a medical issue. After screwing around with them for about 6 weeks I went and found someone else. I wouldn't call them if my boat were on fire.
Description of Work: We tried to use Collier Dock. I was trying to get a quote.

Description of Work: I use this company for all my dock repairs & maintenance the last ten years. Brian runs a top flight organization. The bi annual maintenance contract is a must. When you have a problem its usually due to not greasing and servicing. They recently swapped an aging galvanized cradle out for a new aluminum one. Also checked and serviced visible issues while they were out. Bob the jobs foreman is amazing and makes sure you get the quality job the first time. No call backs required. Just hired them to pour a new Seawall cap on a new property we're building on. Yes their more money. Yes you'll find guys who're less money but you get Brian & company.

 + -1 moreAfter seeing an example of their work, I knew they were the builders for me. Boat house and dock were over 20 years old and literally falling apart. The entire roof and dock were stripped down then framed and covered with Dream Scape. The crew, supervised by Joe, were true professionals, showed up early every day and worked consistently for 8 hours a day. The end result is absolutely OUTSTANDING !!! The attention to detail and quality of all materials used were excellent ! I expected good results, but everything they did was over and above my expectations. In all, I strongly recommend Collier Seawall and Dock. From my first meeting with Brian Gilmore, my experience with this company was nothing but the absolute best!!!
Description of Work: , Complete tear off of boat house roof and dock. Rebuilt stairs, built railings on boat house then covered everything with Dream Scape material, after framing the entire structure and dock.
