+ -1 moreAlpha Omega Inspections/Bart (the owner) was thorough and knowledgeable and gave us guidance on repairs and next steps. He was was on-time for our appointment, prompt in returning phone calls, and responsive post inspection. Bart returned to reinspect once repairs were completed. We highly recommend Alpha Omega Inspections.
Description of Work: We had a home inspection performed for a condo we were purchasing in Marco Island, FL.

Description of Work: Alpha Omega has done home watch, inspection, and contractor services for us. We are a "repeat customer" because we know them and we trust them to do excellent work at a fair price. + -1 moreTerrible...in his report he used words to describe a condition that scared the buyer to death. Also he quoted prices to get things fixed...later find out he is also a contractor. He mis represented some of the electrical issues...he neglected to include a permit instead he just said there was not a permit...he removed a side panel..cut the caulking without asking permission...he broke a window handle and neglected to tell the home owner. It was like he was trying to find work for himself as opposed to just reporting his findings. Would never let him on my jibsites again.

+ -1 moreThe cursory inspection lasted less than 10 minutes. The inspector would have left without saying anything more except we asked a few questions and received condescending answers. The inspector tried to sound authoritative but due to my extensive science background i know he was just ******* us! When he did not forward promised information I had to email twice to get response. The bill of $275 seemed high for a 10 minute quick look and a mold air filtration plate.

Alpha and Omega was by far the most honest, professional and thorough company we have ever dealt with. I made many calls to Bart and not once did he ever make me feel like I was bothering him. He answered all my questions in detail. What could have been the most horrific thing we have ever dealt with in our home he made almost a joy believe it or not. When we arrived at our home and walked in we could not believe that it was the same house. It was completely spotless, smelled fresh and my husband and I just hugged each other and said thank you Bart!
Description of Work: This is just a short list of the things that Bart, Leslie & their company did for us... 1. Service Call 2. Indoor Air Quality Inspection & Protocol 3.Environmental Services 4. Thermal Imaging 5. Dehumidifier 6. Negative Air Fan/Air Scrubber 7. AirMovers 8. Dri-Eaze Filters for Air Scrubbers 9. Equipment Decontamination 10. Equipment Setup & Take Down 11.After the dryout they did the following plus so much more! 1. Launderd all Linens, Window Coverings & Soft Goods 2. double bagged and discarded items that could not safely be sanitized 3. HEPA vacuumed all surfaces in all rooms, including contents 4. Hand wiped all surfaces with antimicrobial agent in all rooms 5. Sanitization of HVAC systems and ducts 6. Application of antimicrobial agent to entire premises through fogging 7. Contents – Move Out then Reset (Large Rooms) 8.Guest Bedrooms (3), Master Closet (1), Game Room (1) 9. Contents – Move Out then Reset (X-Large Rooms) 10.Living Room, Dining Room, Master Bedroom 11.Set out Negative Air Fan / Air Scrubber 12. HEPA Filter (Negative Air Fan/Air Scrubber) 13. Set up Dehumidifier 14. Clean all carpeting in all rooms
