"Juan the owner called me around 9 am, a few minutes after I placed the service request. I told him that my Well Pump had stopped working and needed to be replaced. He knew that without that pump we had no water in our house. When I told him the that the pump was Gloud 1 1/2 hp pump, he said that he had it in stock. He then told me that the installation would be around $250. Juan told me that he had a job in Davie, but it would not take long, and he would do my repair afterwards. I reached out to him around noon and he said he was still on the first call. Then later he called me and said that he was going to the supply house and asked if I wanted him to pick up my pump. When I said yes, he asked me to Zelle him $1388. I checked around and that Glouds Pump can be purchase for between $600 - $700. I felt like he asked me for the money to lock in the job, because now I would have to do it with him. I reached out to him a couple of more times throughout the day. Then he finally told me that he would be heading to my house after 3:15 pm. He finally arrived at my house after 5:30 pm almost two hours later. Then his guy cut a pipe and water spoored all over the garage. Juan just stood there watching. He made no attempt to stop the water, move my items that were now getting wet, or clean up the mess it made. Finally, when the repair was done, he asked me to Zelle him another $429. I guess when he saw that I lived in a nice house, the price for the repair went up! Overall, they were friendly and did replace my well pump. However, they were terrible about keeping their time commitment, they were very messy, and I felt like their pricing scheme was dependent on your economic level. Next time I would use someone else."
