+ 0 moreVince was very friendly, polite, and got right to work. He worked on the chairs first and spot treated everything. It is really out of the ordinary to have someone do that much extra work before cleaning the carpets. He knew what to use for the different kinds of stains. We thought the price was very fair.
Description of Work: They cleaned carpets in 2 rooms. 1 room had major stains. They also cleaned chair cushions and backs.

+ 0 moreLet me tell you Jim is first rate, top notch professional. He called me back right away, we scheduled an appt to get our carpets cleaned and talk about the furniture cleaning as well. The day Jim was coming he had an earlier appt cancel, so he called me and asked if I wanted him to come early, i said sure come on. He can quote you right on the spot and away he goes, getting the job done. Jim has such a great personality and very comfortablity nature. helped moved the furniture , left our place in great shape. Next trip, he will be doing our tile floors.
