This was an experience that started off good and then went very bad very fast. We contacted the provider and Jeff came out himself. He was prompt and helpful, made some good suggestions, and got back to us quickly with a price. After that it was all downhill. When we sent the deposit to begin, we gave very explicit instructions as to when the work could and, more importantly, couldn't be done. This house is our second home and we are not there full-time. We instructed Jeff that between certain dates, the house would be occupied by guests and that he was to schedule the work for after they left. Jeff decided to ignore these instructions and called us to say he was about to start the work. We told him NOT to since the guests would be there for the next week. He ignored us again and began the work which involved digging a trench across the driveway. Fortunately, our guests were gracious and allowed the work to go on during their stay even though they had to put up with workers and a mess when they were supposed to be on vacation. But even their graciousness had a limit when they returned from a day trip at 9:30 PM to find the driveway completely blocked. They couldn't pull in and park their cars. They called us and we called Jeff. Yes we were mad as heck and left a very pointed voicemail (with some rude language) that instructed him to go to the house, clean up and not come back until we talked to him in person. He called us a few days later and said he was returning a part of our deposit and that he would not finish the job. His reason is because he didn't like the language we used in the voicemail. OK fine. We are not sure whether we are going to go to small claims court about this until we get an estimate from another contractor and find out if the work already done has to be re-done. Oh, and the final straw? He began the work without even applying for a PERMIT!

Called Jennings Aluminum for a quote to build a screened sun room and a complete screen room around my pool.I had a nightmare with Island Paradise Builders (Joel and Brenda Simmonds) who put the pool in and and quot;forgotand quot; to call the inspections and didn't build as per the permit. Having fired them I was lucky to find Jeff because he put me in contact with trustworthy local tradesmen and gave me a very reasonable quote that I accepted. The work was sheduled and on the start date they turned up with half the room fabricated and started the installation. All went perfectly.Everything was left clean and tidy every evening. The staff were polite and courteous. I would highly reccomend Jennings Aluminum to anyone needing an honest professional job done. I am 100% happy and satisfied with their work and work ethics and have no problem in giving them a highly recommended title.

Professional and friendly staff that left things very tidy and clean at the end of each day. The job was completed to my absolute satisfaction.
