 + -1 moreAfter the owner visited our home and took measurements, we were asked to subsequently travel from our home in Key West to this business in Marathon, FL to view options and get a firm estimate for the replacement of our kitchen counter tops. After driving 1:15 we found no one was at the location. On the third attempt to connect via phone the owner answered and said he was called out of town on business early that morning. I asked why he hadn't called me to reschedule and he had no answer. He then offered to have an associate meet us in two hours. I declined, and in fact told him we declined to do business with him, and drove 1:30 back home.
