Fazoli Brothers Inc.

We signed a contract with John (his last name is not Fazoli as it says above) in May of 2014 to build a concrete pool. He never did get it started. He missed several start dates even though we had a start and completion date in the contract. Not once when he didn't show up for promised start dates did he call to say he was not going to make it. We always had to call him. We cancelled his contract on 9/29/14 when he did not show up again. The pool contractor we hired after John when checking with Monroe county claims that Fazoli never pulled any of our permits as he said he did. One other note. When we were trying to chase him down we discovered that the physical address he uses for his business above is actually a UPS store.
