+ -1 moreI read great reviews about this company, and after being disappointed by Camping World, I thought I'd give them a try. On Tuesday, I sent my information in via the Contact Us part of their website, and received an email response within a few hours that a technician would contact me in the morning. On Wednesday, I waited until 10:30, then decided to call them. Their voice mail message was almost two minutes long, and I left a message asking someone to call me to let me know what was going on. Around 5, I responded to their email with the same request. I called and sent emails on Thursday and Friday, with no response. Considering the reviews I read praised their speedy response times, I was quite disappointed.
