They came out timely and provided an estimate to get our roof replaced. We still have a year or so left on the roof but when the times come we will most likely be using them.

Everything was terrific! After the job I thought I had a problem with a couple of the shingles and Tom came out right away to check on that for me.

TK did an excellent job. The price included prep, paint, and labor.

They were recommended to be by a local contractor and they did a very nice job for me. They were very neat and clean and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They wrote out an estimate and stuck to the price. They were very professional and they did a great job and the insurance company came and checked over the roof and approved the installation.

Tom is easy to work with - highly recommended by a neighbor-told me he does not advertise or use coupons on Angie Lists and he says he stays busy Quoted my home in 2005, for $8500.00 took the old quote and added $1000.00 to it (told me labor was the same-increase due to materials only) Showed up and finished on time No subs Had Insurance Does not pay workers by the square Pulled a permit - inspection went well Underestimated # of roof squares needed for job (5), but did not charge me extra. I advised him that another contractor estimated a higher # of roof squares in case he needed to revisit the quote, he said he trusted his #. Found a lot of screws/nails in my gutters and and around the house - asked Tom to come back and redo the magnet around my house and he do in a timely manner T.K. Roof was 5K less the next lowest bid I received (next lowest bid was Shingle Masters with same shingle, but using peel and stick underlayment instead of 30lb felt - This was an incredible difference. My wife and I are very pleased with his work. Did not mind picking up a few screws and nails for such a quality and competitively priced job! Have had some heavy rain since the job with no leaks - the boots that slid over the old plumbing stacks and vents look great. Would not hesitate to recommend Tom and T.K. Roofing

He did a really great job. He came out and I was scared at how fast the workmen took my roof off. I was also impressed with the high level grade of shingle he was able to get me. He does a really good job, but he's not cheap and there's no room to negotiate since the supplies are so limited. With him you get what you paid for.
