+ -1 moreNear the end of the one year warranty period, the system started mafunctioning in two clear ways: periodic reset of thermosatat was required for no apparent reason. Hot water high temp could not be lower with valve that is supposed to do this. We have called numerous times and they have come out to check the system several times, but never have honored the warranty. I would not recommend this business because they keep saying they will fix the system and they have not.
Description of Work: Did a great job on the installation of the solar panel system and new water heater. They installed the controller and pump motor. It worked well for most of a year.

+ -1 moreWorkers were polite and personable and on time. Quality of work was not very good. I had to go on the roof two days later and tighten fittings and install missing straps. I was told parts had to be ordered to complete the job and was given a time line of 5 - 10 days. I attempted to contact them three times and they never returned my call. Over a month later, I gave up and got the parts and did the job myself.
Description of Work: Reinstall solar panels after new roof installation. Repair electrical parts for solar heating system.

+ -1 moreThey were alittle slow in returning my call, but once they did it was 48 hours that they were at my house to inspect my solar panels for leaks. I definitely had 2 small leaks and the estimate was way above my budget. I was very happy when the technician suggested an alternate method - fixing the leak myself, but would not guarantee it. I told him I would try and if it did not work, would call him back. Thank you for being HONEST!

+ -1 moreI was very surprised by their promptness. I was having intermittent operations with the pump and the electrical connections on the roof weren't operating correctly. I couldn't depend on it to work. They came out and replaced a valve on the solar panel and it has been working ever since. The price was very reasonable, it included the service call and the part for the repair.
Description of Work: I called him and he came out the same day to fix the solar panel.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Sam, assured me that his company is not in the business of replacing something that is not broken and his technician could easily have persuaded me that I had a broken pump. These people are honest and professional. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Solar pump was making a noise like it was going to die, but David said it was functioning well and did not need replacing ($400 incl. service call). Instead, for the price of a service call, he flushed the hot water heater, checked the valves on the panels on the roof, and diagnosed the noise on the pump, and even cleaned corrosion off the pipes.

Description of Work: Removed 8 solar panels (and related plumbing) to facilitate a removal of old tile roof and installation of shingle roof. Reinstalled panels after re-roof was completed.
