 + -1 moreI am very pleased with the process and result. Work was performed efficiently, professionally, and meticulously. The owner of the company bid the job, supervised the removal of the existing roof, and personally installed the new roof. The project took longer than it would have with a larger team, but I am certain the attention to detail was greater than would have existed with a larger team. Tim Myers is a professional who cares about roofing and takes pride in his work. Though I could have gotten a cheaper job, I do not think I could have gotten a better job.
Description of Work: Removed existing roof, nailed off existing plywood to meet new Brevard County code, dried-in the roof with peal and seal, and installed a new Hyland Slate architectural shingle roof including new hip and ridge caps, starter shingles, aluminum open valleys, plumbing boots, goosenecks, drip-edge, ridge vents, and flashing. Performed stucco repair after installation of flashing.
