Description of Work: Came to give me an estimate. Told me he could order the specialized materials I needed and would check into cost. Told me he was a little busy but would get to me ASAP. I waited a month; nothing. I called again. He acted as if I was annoying him and said he already told me, he would get back to me. It is now September (four months later) and nothing. I have moved on to another handyman since I need to have this done by the end of the month.

+ 1 moreMark showed up on time to provide an estimate as well as to perform the services agreed upon. He cleaned up after he was finished and the work he performed was outstanding.
Description of Work: Mark removed and replaced some broken tiles in the laundry room as well as on the front porch. He also patched, textured and painted areas of drywall throughout the house. Lastly, Mark installed two additional shelves in the kitchen pantry.

+ -1 moreMark was timely in giving his estimate and performing the service we agreed upon. I have used his service in the past for other handyman type services and he has always performed in a professional manner. His price was fair and quality of service was excellent.
Description of Work: Mark pressure cleaned the gate, fence, and the sidewalk area around the perimeter of the house.
