Garrow Landscaping LLC

I hired this owner who is a 23 year old kid. He does snowplowing along with landscaping. He started out really gung ho and I really liked this kid. As you know we only had 2 instances in which snowplowing was needed this winter. I am in my 60's so shoveling is getting harder to do. I told him the time I leave the house in the morning and he assured me he would be at my house long before then. Both times he never showed up and I had to shovel myself out. I called him on the second ocaasion and he didn't answer the phone. I left him a message telling him how disappointed I was in his company and he NEVER called me back to this day. Before this he came over to my house to size up my backyard and was going to give me an estimate of how much it would cost for spring cleaning. He never submitted anything and I never heard from him again. This kid took over his father's business and it is pretty much a second job for him. I don't believe he is taking his landscaping business seriously as he has a full time job. He is not ready to run a business. He should have sought out his father's advice. Stay way from him. He will disappoint.
