They were terrific. They were all done very well. I was very pleased with them. It was reasonable. They were very professional. They arrived on time. They did a good job. They brought my carpet back when they said they would. That was important as I was having a party. I felt like they were priced reasonably. They did a good job. I would use them in the future.

I have several valuable hand woven Persian Rugs in my home, one of which was damaged when my elderly dog became incontinent. Due to the nature of this rug, I wanted to be sure that it would be cleaned safely and thoroughly. So, I did some research on the web for companies in Brevard County that handle Oriental and Persian rugs and came up with Armstrong's as the only option for this specific type of service. When I called I received a friendly greeting and a quote on the price. I was told that the quote included the river flush, or pit cleaning only and if any further treatment was necessary to completely rid my rug of urine that I would receive a call. I thought the price was reasonable, given the specialty, hand cleaning services I would be receiving and chose to take advantage of Armstrong's complimentary pick up and delivery service. On the scheduled day of pick up a professional young man arrived at my home (in a tie!) right on time. He did a quick evaluation of pre-existing damage and explained to me again exactly the process that they would use to clean my rug. He collected half of the payment as a deposit and let me know it would be about a week to 10 days before my rug would be returned (just as the girl on the phone had mentioned initially). Later that day I received a phone call from the office at Armstrong's informing me that after testing the dyes in the rug there was a chance that some of the color might run during the process. It was explained to me that this did not mean that the dyes WOULD run, but they wanted to let me know that it was a possibility before continuing. I greatly appreciated the open communication and agreed to move forward despite the risk, as the rug was no good to me in the current condition. About 2 or 3 days went by and I received another call from the Armstrong's office to let me know that they had completed the process twice and there were still some traces of urine and a bit of odor remained. The girl gave me the option of an additional treatment, which costed more, but was designed specifically to break down urine stains. I was disappointed that I would have an additional cost, but it was no surprise as the possibility had been mentioned during the initial phone call and again when the rug was picked up. I agreed to go ahead with it, as the cost was still FAR less than replacing the rug. On the sixth day I received my third call from Armstrong's to make an appointment for delivery. The same young man came back the next day and unwrapped my rug so that I could see how it looked. It was back to the beautiful rug i remembered before the "accidents" started! He pointed out a small area where some of they dyes had run, but it was hardly noticeable and it smelled GREAT! Overall, my experience with Armstrong's was excellent and I have already made an appointment to have my next rug cleaned!

The water supply line to my ice maker burst, I called my insurance company and they let me know Armstrongs would call me within the hour. Sure enough, Phil from Armstrong's called to come out immediately and start the cleanup process. I was very pleased with how fast they showed up at my house. They spent a few hours on the initial visit cleaning up the mess and extracting the water. They also set up fans and dehumidifiers to start drying out my house. Everyone from Armstrong's was very polite and professional. All of the work had been done through insurance so it wasnt out of pocket (other than my deductible).I will refer Armstrongs to everyone because level of professionalism they brought. I also had 2 area rugs that had been damaged, Phil let me know that they were able to save them, I was happy to hear this because both rugs have been in my family for generations. The rugs came out looking almost brand new! I will use them for all of my future area rug needs!

Not so good. Although they were very responsive and the insurance company gave them the go ahead to start the drying process, we did not see a written quote until the job was well under way. We did not even sign a contract for them to start work. Halfway into the job, we realized the quote they provided didn't include half the things the initial sales person said that it would. Also they were told specifically to save the fronts of the cabinets as they were undamaged, but they did not. They tore the cabinets to pieces increasing our cost to replace the cabinets 3 fold. Additionally, it seemed that once they realized they were not installing the new cabinets, they became rude and surley to our tenant. Finally, after they tore out the wall, they just packed up their things and left. They did not replace anyting including window shades, the stove, and most importantly the drywall. As we had not yet seen the quote, we had assumed drywall replacement would be on there as discussed. It was not and we were left to scramble at the last minute to find someone to replace the wall. Had I seen the estimate before work began, I would have questioned these things and made sure the quote included them all. After the work was done I was pressured to sign the paperwork that should have been signed before the work began and to sign that the work was done to our satisfaction...which I will not sign.

EXCEPTIONAL covers all aspects of the work done! My insurance company indicated that ARMSTRONG'S RESTORATION SERVICES would call in the next 48 hours to begin the clean up and drying out process after a plumbing leak involving 6 rooms. It was only 20 minutes later that they called. The crew arrived within an hour and immediately set to work. We were impressed by the total professionalism displayed throughout the process. The important part to us was that through quick work the team vented walls from the rear and were able to save our 2 year old $50000 kitchen project. ALL cabinets were saved. The work was done with a minimum of mess for the damage that the water caused. The crew also removed floor molding to dry out walls and carpet. Without any doubts I recommend ARMSTRONG'S RESTORATION SERVICES. The crew is knowledgeable in areas of turning a disastrous loss into a manageable one.

It went OK. They did a good job on the upholstery; they cleaned the cat hair and some stains. The carpets are much cleaner and the stains removed. The one disappointment I had was that they did not move anything. They essentially cleaned the open floor space but did not get under sofas, chairs, beds, etc. It was a good basic cleaning.

The water supply line to the toilet in my upstairs bathroom burst. Not sure how long the water ran, but when I got home from work the upstairs bathroom was soaked, water had seeped into the 2nd floor bedroom & hallway. Downstairs everything was wet - the ceiling, was dripping, the carpet, furniture and matress were saturated. Armstrong's showed up within an hour of my phone call with a crew of 4. They walked through and accessed the damage and immediately started the recovery effort. They first started by moving the furniture, then extracted as much water as possible. The carpet & padding were so wet that even after extracting the water it dripped as they carried it out the house to their truck for removal. The ceilings were also beyond recovery and were taken out. Before they left the team set up 22 peices of equipment (combination of dryers and blowers) to start the drying out process. Their initial reponse was quick and thorough, but the follow up was also impressive. They came back to the house every day until the dry out was complete (6 days). They checked everything with moisture meters, and whereever necessary conitinued to removed wet and damaged material. When they were done my house was a total disaster, but it was ready for the rebuilding and repair stage. I also knew that I didn't have to worry about mold or mildew. From the moment the Armstrong's team stepped in the house their professionalism and experience was evident. The work ethic was exceptional. Hopefully I never have to, but I would definitely use them again.

and We very recently had occasion to avail ourselves of Armstrong for their expertise because we had significant water intrusion in our home. Phil and the crew were courteous, very professional, fastidious, and punctual. Once they arrive, we knew that we were in very capable hands and, we were much relieved. We highly recommend them for any restorative type of work.

I reported ceiling a baseboard damage to my insurance company on Monday morning. Armstrong was here in the afternoon testilng for wetness and mold. They sat up fans and humidifiers. They came each day to check for dryness. They did have to cut a hole in ceiling to check for wetness. They were very thorough, professional, and really nice. They cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them and I know if I have future damage or need my oriental carpets cleaned I will call them. Thanks Armstrong.

The work and the workers from Armstrong are completely informative, knowledgeable and proficent, with the amount of damage we had, they completed their part in a very short period of time. I was made aware of everything that needed to be done and when it would be done and completed on time.

Really, they didn't do much. They came out, saw the problem, and said I needed to call an A/C company to do repairs. They would be happy to handle the mold, but couldn't do anything for me since the A/C would have to be lifted, and the wood/box it sat on would have to be replaced (due to the mold growing on, under, and around the unit) and to call them after that was done. They did tape up the mold in the pantry with plastic, but didn't look any further than that.

When my toilet water supply line broke and flooded my house with over 1000 gallons of water, I checked Angie's list for a reputable service. I chose Armstrong's Cleaning and Restoration Services. Phil and Adam came with their Emergency water damage mitigation equipment and kept my disaster from being catastrophic. Armstrongs had the air movers, dehumidifiers, and knowledgeable personnel to dry out my house quickly. They also met onsite with the insurance adjuster to explain what happened and described the extent of the flood. They also neatly removed the damaged drywall and gave me excellent advice. I also received a 10 percent discount for being on Angies list! My insurance adjuster confirmed that their bill was inline with the insurance estimates so I believe I received quality work at a fair price.

Armstrong's Cleaning and Restoration took professionalism and customer service to a whole different level. Not only do they leave a lasting impression every time my carpets are cleaned, but they took care of me and my home as if they were a part of my family when I was on vacation when my house flooded. I received a call right after my neighbor went to check on my house. I was frantic, but the technician over the phone was able to calm me down and from there, I knew I was in good hands. I arrived home the next day and met with Rick, one of the lead techs at Armstrong's, at my home. He went over everything they did and stood by me every step of the way to reassure that my home was going to be just fine. He showed me pictures of the 2 inches of water throughout my house and I couldn't believe that they were able to save my carpet, walls and furniture. And it didn't stop there... After I met with Rick from Armstrong's, he went out to the company truck and presented me with a care package to keep my mind of this catastrophe. Armstrong's provided me with movie tickets, a gift card to Chilis and several other little things as a "care package." They truly went above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded my expectations as a client. Armstrong's worked directly with the insurance company to eliminate the hassels, so it was a smoothe transaction from start to finish. Anytime I had any questions I called their office and was greeted as if I were apart of their family and not just another customer. Armstrong's re-defines customer service and brings it to a level that you just don't see these days. The communication with myself and the insurance company made it easy for me to return to normal in little time. I recommend their services to the fullest extent. The knowledge, care and service of each employee is second to none when it comes to servicing their customers. Thank you Armstrong's!!!

We worked out the details over the phone. They picked up the rug and charged me half the agreed upon price to clean. A little over two weeks later I received a call that the rug was ready to deliver. Upon delivery Armstrong called me a third time to get the balance owed.The whole process was relatively easy. I visited my mother several days later and checked the rug. All the soiled area seemed to be much better than before. My mother was quite pleased with the results.

They were on time and professional. They cleaned the carpet and scotch-guarded it and then left. The carpet was VERY dirty and when they finished, it was amazing! Very clean.

It went very well. He was a little late but not his fault as city work had closed a street that he would have used and he had to take a different route. He was very professional and performed the work in a minimum of time without cutting corners.

It went well, they accidentally broke a standing lamp; but because I didn't have a receipt for this lamp for reimbursement, made good on it by providing extra cleaning services, which I appreciated.

They offered suggestions to me for spot removal, which was nice. They even gave a courtesy call the next day to make sure everything was okay. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Rick arrived promptly and was very friendly and efficient. He did a great job and left us with some free spot remover and booties in case we needed to walk on the carpet before it was dry. He even used his own water!

These guys did an awesome job cleaning, Phil and Rick removed stains other cleaners told me were permanent. I have an expensive Persian rug that my dog had an accident on. I never had cleaned before, Phil took the rug back to his warehouse, flushed out all the urine and returned it to me looking incredible. The major difference I've seen between Armstrongs and other carpet cleaners I used previously was the amount of time they spent, detail cleaning around my base moldings, they used carpet dryers to dry my carpet before they left and the amount of knowledge I did not know existed about carpet an rugs. They called me the next day to make sure I was still happy with the service. WOW, what a great customer service experience I had, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality job and not a 45 min. In and out cleaning.
