Whites Tree Services

PLEASE READ !!! Do not use this company. They came to cut a tree branch from my mother's back yard who is a senior. They cut more than requested. They used another branch on the tree for support and 2 days later that branch fell in the middle of the night landed on her patio roof nearly hitting her bedroom. We called the company for them to see what had happened. They first texted saying they would come. The next day with text and calls and no response after waiting all day, we sent another text and they finally responded saying they were not going to do anything. We should have seen the reviews before hiring this company because they did the same thing to others. They claim to be Christian people but if so they would have came to see what happened due to their work and try to resolve the matter.

This company was hired by my HOA not myself. They charged $600 to lop off the top portion of oak tree. Dead limbs remain on the tree. During the course of this shoddy work a limb broke off and punctured a hole in my awning. I immediately contacted Luke and discussed. He admitted it was probably himself who said "oh ****" when the limb fell. The estimate to replace and install my awning is $1,000. Luke refuses to return my calls. I will take legal action against him.

They missed a huge dead branch. They promised to return very soon to fix it and never came back. About a month later they finally responded to my many calls and text messages and basically said they were busy. Now another month has past and no reply to any of my requests. I would NOT use them again. Be careful and don't pay until you inspect the job.
